STEP ONE: REGISTER WITH US

To register, you will provide us with some basic information about you and the vehicle you want, by completing our ‘Order Specification Form’.

Once you are registered, an automated email will be sent to you, confirming your registration. We would require some valid forms of contact, such as your; email, Whatsapp and phone numbers. Communication with customers outside the USA will be on Whatsapp, on the most part.

You will complete an ‘Order Specification Form’ on our page, and we will send you quotes and pictures of a wide range of vehicles to choose from, and a realistic landing cost for each. The estimate will detail the costs of; buying, inland and oceanic transportation, customs clearing and delivery to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

Once, we reach an agreement on the cost, we will require you to make an initial deposit of 20% of the agreed cost. Our accounting department will send an ‘Authority to Pay (AP)’. The AP will detail the currency to pay with, the initial deposit and the total amount
to pay, based on the prevailing exchange rate. The AP also, contains our Refund policy.Your information will be kept confidential on our SSL secured server.

STEP TWO: MAKE A DEPOSIT

STEP THREE: BUYING

After payment is received, our accounting department will acknowledge receipt. SPECIFICARS procurement team will bid and/or buy now, your chosen vehicle and shoot you the transactional screenshots with the invoice. You will proceed to pay the balance within 24 hours of purchase, so, we can pay the auction or seller and transport the vehicle to you. If custom clearance is required, as for all vehicles for export out of the USA and Canada, we’ll clear custom and ship to you in your country.

STEP FOUR: IN-LAND TRANSPORTATION

Upon payment for the vehicle, ‘SPECIFICARS’ logistics department will dispatch a U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, licensed trucker to pick up your vehicle, from the place of purchase to your choice destination or to the nearest exit port (if the car is for export).

STEP FIVE: OCEANIC TRANSPORTATION

SPECIFICARS LLC ships most vehicles by RORO. Containerized shipment is largely discouraged because of its delaying and complicated nature. Drivable cars will sail at regular rate of $1100USD and non-drivable (nonrunner) without extensive damage will sail RORO-TOWABLE unit, vehicles that does not run but with heavy visible damage will sail as forklift unit.

Shipping lines charge extra fees for towable and forklift units. Check with our logistics department for the charges, if your car requires towing or forklift.

As soon your vehicle sails, SPECIFICARS LLC will send you tracking updates on your vehicles, and provide you with Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA). We will also provide you copies of the Print at Destination, Telex Release or Bill of Lading, at no additional cost, if the client would want to clear the custom with his/her local customs.

STEP SIX: CUSTOMS’ CLEARING, REPAIRS AND DOORSTEP DELIVERY

SPECIFICARS LLC brokerages payment of customs’ fees and import duties, at the cheapest possible cost without compromising standards. Our Nigerian office clears vehicles, do necessary repairs (if need be and requested), car waxing and deliver to client’s doorstep at 100% functional level. This service is a tailor-made service, one the four could-stand-alone operational steps.
